Staverton Thicks

Posted on 8th August 2015 by david

2015 6′ high x 13′ wide. Acrylic on canvas.
A study of the birch trees at the edge of a famous woodland called Staverton Thicks in Suffolk. Every time I passed this area I had to stop and look at them. The way that they had naturally grown seemed so ordered.
